There is no doubt however that continued success of existing and future Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and Diagnostics operations is intrinsically linked to our ability to continue to Attract, Retain & Nurture a strong pipeline of talent. Fastnet has established partnerships with college alumni offices and career services teams in UCC, CIT, DIT, WIT, UCD, Sligo IT to build awareness around career prospects and industry opportunities.  Regularly we attend career fairs and present to Level 8 & Level 9 students.  In addition, we work with alumni teams to promote Ireland as a destination of choice for life science professionals.
