Therese Keohane

Associate Director of Operations

Therese specialises in recruiting Quality and Laboratory professionals for clients in the Pharma, BioPharma, Medical Device, Agri Food and Business Service sectors. She was appointed to the role of Associate Director of Operations in 2021.

A graduate of University College of Cork, Therese holds an MA in English Language and Literature. Prior to joining the Fastnet team, Therese worked in both public and private sectors gaining a wealth of experience in customer relations, presentation and training skills.

At Fastnet, she enjoys partnering with clients to help them attract top talent to their organisations and with candidates to facilitate their career development. Therese is based in our Dublin office.

Outside of work, Therese enjoys going to the gym, hiking, cycling and music.
