Richard has over 30 years’ experience in Executive Search, Training & Human Resources and Leadership Development. He has a notable track record of successfully delivering domestic and international executive search assignments in the Biopharmaceutical, Medical Technology, ICT, Engineering and Business Service Sectors. Richard’s key competencies include customer focus, ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and candidates and delivery orientation.

Richard is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPD).  He also completed a Diploma Course in Executive Coaching, with the Irish Management Institute in 2010, and practices as a Performance / Executive Coach.  He is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

Richard’s pastimes include hill walking, cycling, and yoga. He is also a Dublin GAA, Leinster Rugby, and Liverpool FC supporter. He is a regular reader of biographies and memoirs.
