Nicole O'Connor

Nicole is a graduate of Oberlin College, Ohio where she graduated with a BA in Art History and Criticism. She joined the Fastnet team in 2015 in a research role supporting retained assignments for leading Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device and industrial companies in Ireland.

Prior to joining Fastnet, Nicole spent 8 years working in Corporate Training including the provision of communication and intercultural awareness building to Senior International Executives for multinational clients. Nicole is tenacious in her approach and passionate about generating the best possible candidates from painstaking research.

In Nicole’s spare time she enjoys swimming and yoga, travelling and the arts as well as spending time with her family.
