Following an early career in HR with Creganna (now Creganna Medical) I was a founding Director of Fastnet in 1999. Since our foundation, I have led the Fastnet operation, partnering with a diverse range of organisations including start-ups, global multinationals and SMEs, primarily within the Pharma, Biopharma and MedTech sectors complementing their efforts to attract game-changing talent and build high performing teams. Across the group, we provide a broad range of talent acquisition solutions including: Executive Search & Interim Management and tailored Talent solutions for specialist roles and projects within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.

I am member and former EMEA leader of the IRC Healthcare & Lifesciences Practice Group, now Kestria, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD).
