Training Administrator
12 Month Contract
Our Biopharma Research and Training client is looking to hire a part-time Training Administrator. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Training Department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate QR codes and links including training assessments, training feedback and general training documentation.
· Liaise with colleagues to plan for upcoming training activities and collect and share trainee information
· Organise training activities such as room bookings, catering, printing etc
· Prepare and collate training material/certificates/feedback
Requirements:
· Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
· Knowledge and experience of the following is required: MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Stream etc)
· Experience and Knowledge of WordPress for website updates would be a distinct advantage
