Project Manager

Summary:

Our Dublin based Pharmaceutical client is looking for a permanent Project Manager to join the company and assist their novel product through stage III clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the respective programmes
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Coordinate all managers meetings and update accordingly
• Provide status updates as appropriate to senior managers
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Highlight programme/project inconsistencies to appropriate managers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Essential:

• 3-5 years' experience in project management role, preferably in pharma/bio-pharma/med-tech
• Quality, Sciences, Engineering qualification
• Project Management qualification (PMP/PRINCE or similar)
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Team worker and good people skills
• Experience in process development, scale-up and tech transfer in oral dosage forms
• Experience liaising with CMOs
