Our award winning Biotech client is offering you the chance to join their new state of the art manufacturing facility in Meath. As a Maintenance Lead, you will head the maintenance team, supporting the engineering and maintenance start-up and operational activities on site. Reporting into the Plant Engineering Lead you will lead, coach and manage the maintenance activities and allocated resources with responsibilities for maintenance resources, equipment systems and processes, equipment reliability programme, process equipment and maintenance technical support.

Responsibilities:

· Provide a single point of accountability representing the Maintenance team including, Process Equipment, Maintenance Systems, Equipment Reliability and Availability, Calibration, PM's, MRO and Spares Management, Vendor Management, and Service Level Agreements, Compliance and Compliance and Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

· Be highly collaborative to ensure alignment on EHS Standards, Engineering Standards, Reliability Practices, Energy Management, Budgeting, Compliance focused, and share knowledge of learnings and activities taking part at the site.

· Develop a Maintenance Engineering strategy and roadmap which includes operational maintenance of systems as well strategic investments aligned to local business objectives.

· Prepare and continuously manage the local budget and associated projects to meet plan targets.

· Active participation and support for the commissioning, qualification and validation program.

Requirements:

· A minimum of a Bachelor's of Engineering, Technical or equivalent.

· Experience in biologics and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

· People management experience preferred.

· Proven ability around identifying and eliminating inefficiencies and implementing innovative technological solutions.

· Must be a team player prepared to lead, work in and embrace an interdependent working culture.
