In line with business demands, my supply chain partner in Cork is hiring a new permanent Key Account Co-Ordinator to join their team. If you are excited about working on multiple diverse projects and have great attention to detail this could be an excellent fit.


  • Act as a representative to external customers.
  • Monitor customer demand and schedule orders.
  • Verify inventory availability.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and problems.
  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
  • Identify potential suppliers and obtain product costings.
  • Provide admin/accounts-related support.


  • Third-level Technical or Business qualification desirable.
  • Experience in Procurement is an advantage.
  • Computer Literate - Advanced Microsoft Excel essential.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
