· Administration support to Leadership team as required.
· Time and Attendance updates on Core HR system to support payroll and time management activities.
· Creation of Purchase orders using purchasing system and working with department contacts to ensure stock levels are maintained.
· Processing of receipts and invoice details through the organisation's perceptive system.
· Cross functional support during site inspections.
· 5+ years in an administration role in a Multinational experience environment
· Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Good working knowledge of SAP
