Following an earlier career in Marketing and Validation, I joined Fastnet – The Talent Group in 2002 and am currently Managing Partner of Fastnet Executive which provides retained search and consulting solutions to our clients within the life sciences and related industries.

I am the EMEA Life Sciences Practice Group Leader for Kestria, a global alliance of boutique firms who regularly share insights and expertise, to ensure we meet the needs of our clients, globally.

I have significant experience coaching and mentoring teams within Fastnet and recently completed a Diploma in Executive Coaching through the IMI which enables me to provide coaching support to senior executives transitioning into new roles within my client organisations.

I have a proven track record of delivery, working collaboratively with my clients and candidates to overcome challenges with honest and transparent communication at all times, and a genuine focus on nurturing long term partnerships and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
