Edwina has a BSc (Hons) in Psychotherapy and Counselling and a Diploma in Public Relations. She also lectures part-time at University College Cork,  Applied Psychology Dept.

Part of the Fastnet team for over 20 years, Edwina has specialised in outplacement and career coaching for 14+ years and facilitates a range of tailored career transition solutions and programmes for Fastnet’s clients. Edwina has supported a wide variety of outplacement programmes across Life Sciences, Food-Agri, Engineering, Construction, Financial and Business Services sectors. 

Edwina is a highly experienced facilitator to the corporate sector and is qualified to administer and interpret psychometric instruments. Clients say that Edwina brings both energy and intellect to her work, find her extremely grounded, straight talking and easy to open up to. People like her focus on practical and directly applicable action and appreciate her sincere caring for them to succeed.  Edwina helps individuals to clarify goals, leverage their strengths and take action in achieving their goals.  

In Edwina’s free time she enjoys open water swimming, horse-racing, comedy, art, and sailing.
