At Fastnet – The Talent Group, our Talent & Transformation division is primarily focused on the talent management people strategies of our clients i.e. how employees are hired, managed, developed, engaged and retained.

The first of our Talent & Transformation client offerings is Agile HR Support. For our clients, with the best business planning and headcount forecasting in the world, unexpected interim, periodic or project HR resource needs often materialize, which could have the potential to impact on talent management implementation and/or sustainment.

Interim

This essentially offers ‘gatekeeper’ HR until a role is filled permanently, offering longer-term leave coverage. Over the last 18 months, we have successfully provided this to longstanding clients in HR Director/Manager, talent selection and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) capacities, further deepening the partnering for going forward.

Periodic

This offers monthly or quarterly SME support during particularly-busy times. Likewise, this has successfully been provided in HR, talent selection and RPO capacities.

Project

This focuses on change management methodology, particularly for global or local implementation rollouts.
