28/03/2018Our Quality & Laboratory Team have deep sectorial knowledge of the Life Science sector in Ireland. Their primary focus is on sourcing and attracting Quality professionals for clients in the Pharma, BioPharma, Medical Device and Agri/Food sectors and supporting candidates and clients alike.
Claire holds a BSc. in Nutritional Sciences and MSc. in Public health from University College of Cork.
Her early career was with Britvic Ireland as a Quality Co-ordinator and she later moved on to NBTY Europe to take up the position of Manager and Training Co-ordinator. Claire joined the Fastnet Team in 2012 as a Quality Consultant and was appointed to the position of Business Unit Lead (Quality & Laboratory) in 2015.
Claire now leads a growing team of specialist Quality consultants across Fastnet’s Cork and Dublin offices. Their primary focus is on sourcing and attracting Quality and Laboratory professionals for clients in the Pharma, BioPharma, Medical Device and Agri/Food sectors and supporting candidates in the sector who wish to develop their careers.
In Claire’s free time she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends and a bit of shopping!

Therese KeohaneTherese is based in our Dublin office and specialises in recruiting Quality and Laboratory professionals for clients in the Pharma, BioPharma, Medical Device, Agri/Food and Business Service sectors.
A graduate of University College of Cork, Therese holds an MA in English Language and Literature. Prior to joining the Fastnet team, Therese worked in both public and private sectors gaining a wealth of customer relations, presentation and training skills. At Fastnet, she enjoys partnering with clients to help them attract top talent to their organisations and with candidates to facilitate their career development.
Outside of work, Therese sings in a band and enjoys going to music Festivals.

Ryan MaloneRyan is a graduate of Dublin Institute of Technology accomplishing a BSc in Chemical Sciences with Medicinal Chemistry.
Ryan joined the Fastnet team in July 2017 as the first Graduate Talent Consultant, specialising in recruiting Quality and Laboratory professionals for clients in the Pharma, Biopharma, Medical Device and the Agri/Food sectors.
He is a valuable asset to the Fastnet team, due to his familiarity in the sector accompanied with his enthusiastic approach to Human Resource and the recruitment process.
Ryan is a dedicated GAA and rugby player and has spent time overseas volunteering for various charities and organisations worldwide.

T.J, an Indian native, has been living in Cork for over 4 years’ now. Starting her Irish journey in the capital, she attended The Michael Smurfit Business School obtaining an Msc in International Business having previously studied Business Management in MG University in India.
TJ has worked in various roles in customer service, professional development and team building. She enjoys working as part of a team and prides herself in her ability to create strong professional relationships with both clients and candidates.
Having joined Fastnet in February 2018 as the fourth member of the Quality & Laboratory team, TJ will be working from the Cork office on Technical, QC and Micro roles.
In her spare time TJ enjoys cooking, exploring new places and listening to good music.
