Fastnet partners with Hovione to provide an onsite Recruitment Process Outsourced Solution

At Fastnet – The Talent Group® has previously partnered with Hovione Eireann to provide an onsite Recruitment Process Outsourced (RPO) solution, 3 days per week, with our colleague Jennifer O’Brien based on site as Talent Acquisition Specialist. What began as a 6 month interim solution ended as a 16 month secondment, acting as Hovione’s internal recruitment function to optimise the success of the recruitment & selection process and candidate experience

  Working closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partners and all other internal stakeholders.

  Proactive coordination of the Hovione end-to-end talent acquisition process.

  Continued process optimisation, ensuring candidate experience.

  Development of a competency based model for talent acquisition. 

  Involvement in the implementation of a new applicant tracking system. 

 Management of preboarding activities. 

 Point of contact for Hiring Managers on site and ensurng their satisfaction from a recruitment perspective.

Partnering in this capacity allowed Hovione to dedicate more time and resources to optimise its internal HR function and focus on core business. Likewise, it reduced the Hiring Manager’s time spent on recruitment activities. This significantly increased the speed and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition process onsite.
