Fastnet Focus Q2 2021

Welcome to our second edition of Fastnet Focus 2021 and a quick round-up of our Q2 highlights:

It’s been an exciting quarter for Fastnet, with some significant internal moves and new colleagues joining the team. Therese Keohane has taken up the Associate Director of Operations role responsible for leading the Fastnet Talent team, partnering with a broad range of exciting organisations in the life sciences industry to source and attract game-changing talent. Claire Goulding and  James Roche have also joined our expanding team this quarter as Talent Consultants. In line with the increasing demand for top leadership talent, Éimhín O'Driscoll will lead our Executive Search practice as Managing Partner and be joined by Jill Madden as Senior Client Partner. Congratulations, Therese, Éimhín and Jill and welcome aboard Claire & James!

A big shout out too to our very own Elaine Harrington, who has led the growth of the Fastnet - The Talent Group LinkedIn community to hit the 20,000 milestone in July. Our FASTNET FIRST-HAND series featured articles from Danielle Francois on Digitally Enabled Supply Chain and a piece on the Revolution in Cell and Gene therapies among life sciences and pharma players - thanks, Niall Barron, for your valuable contribution & insights.

Finally, the Fastnet team were delighted to roll up our sleeves and volunteer for a garden clean-up at Bruac, Good Shepherd Cork’s Education & Development Centre, in Cork City. Bruac has a beautiful, peaceful garden that was suffering a little due to the lack of on-site presence due to Covid. Thanks to everyone who got involved!
