Ailish was one of the first employees to join Fastnet. She plays a vital role in supporting our contractors, working with a large contingent workforce.

Chantelle graduated from UCC with a BA in Digital Humanities and Information Technology in 2021. She has worked in the recruitment industry since then while also having strong customer service and IT skills.

Claire has a BSc in Marketing with strong customer service experience in retail as well as 4+ years recruitment experience.

Claire holds a BSc. in Nutritional Sciences and MSc. in Public health from University College of Cork.

Deirdre is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with more than 25 years’ experience. Having trained in the Tax department in EY she also spent several years working in PwC in the Corporate Tax Department in both Dublin and Cork.

Deirdre joined us in 2014. For 5 years she played a key role in our Contract Solutions Division. She now is part of our Quality & Laboratory team.

Doireann holds a BSc in Business and Insurance from the Atlantic Technological University. Originally a chartered Insurance Professional, Doireann has a strong client orientated background.

Edwina has been part of our team for over 20 years. She has specialised in outplacement and career coaching for 14+ years.

Éimhín has 15 years’ experience in talent acquisition, along with a proven track record of sourcing and attracting senior technical executives for key clients.

Jennifer is a graduate of UCC, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Cork Institute of Technology.

Jill is a graduate of University College Cork (BComm) and holds a CIPD diploma. Jill has over 19+ years’ experience in talent acquisition.

Leah is a graduate of UCC and holds a CIPD accredited Diploma in Human Resources Management, she has worked in hospitality and recruitment sector. Leah is passionate about sourcing and candidate experience.

Niamh holds a BSc in Government from University College Cork as well as an MSc in International Management and Leadership from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. With a background in bookkeeping and administration, Niamh took the leap into a career in Recruitment in 2021.

Niamh has led the Fastnet operation for 20 years providing a diverse range of Recruitment & Staffing, Executive Search, HR Consulting and Talent Solutions.

Nicole is a graduate of Oberlin College, Ohio where she graduated with a BA in Art History and Criticism. She joined the Fastnet team in 2015.

Rebecca is a graduate of University College Cork, holding an International Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian and French. She has varied experience from IT to Customer Service.

Sharmini holds a BSc. in Biotechnology with Business Management from the Malaysian University of Science & Technology. She has recruitment and talent acquisition experience from various industries.

A graduate of University College of Cork, Therese holds an MA in English Language and Literature. She has worked in both the public and private sector.
