Summary:

Join our team as the Site Planning, Scheduling, and Systems Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the site's planning, scheduling, and maintenance systems. Your day-to-day will involve managing the integration of maintenance, turnaround, and capital project execution to ensure seamless operations aligned with business objectives.

What You Can Expect in a Typical Day:

  • Collaborate with Area Maintenance Teams, Project Execution, and Turnaround Teams to utilize Oracle effectively for managing onsite work.
  • Maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management database, ensuring accurate asset records and optimized maintenance routines.
  • Monitor maintenance and project execution effectiveness through leading and lagging metrics, prioritizing HSE compliance.
  • Lead and guide maintenance planners in effective work prioritisation and planning processes.
  • Manage the Primavera P6 scheduling database, integrating all work orders and activities while maintaining resource availability and generating detailed execution schedules.
  • Continuously improve maintenance management processes by collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Support Project Managers and discipline supervisors in bid package preparation and participate in site events to provide planning and scheduling expertise.
  • Assist in cost forecasting by loading work orders in Oracle and Primavera P6.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, with a focus on project execution and maintenance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in turnarounds, projects, and maintenance.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Tools (Power Query, SharePoint, Power B1).
